James and Jim believe energy efficiency and Net Zero Electric are valuable building attributes in today’s market, but will become essential in the future. The project is designed to meet the standards of LEED Platinum and Net Zero Electric from solar.

Morgan Lewis signs on for new Palo Alto project

In one of the most significant law firm leases this year, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP will move a couple hundred feet from its current home to a new project in Palo Alto’s Stanford Research Park.

The law firm said it pre-leased 60,000 square feet at 1400 Page Mill Road, an 87,000-square-foot development that will start construction in mid-2014. Morgan Lewis is currently in about 53,000 square feet at 2 Palo Alto Square.
